Abstract
Value of institutional tradition for business development is shown. Functions of institutes with a view of maintenance of stability of business are considered. The basic tendencies of a state policy in sphere of support of business are characterized. Contradictions, the characteristic states for the modern policy in sphere of institutional reforms are allocated.
